Summary
Headmistress Blanc (You better put that title in front, or you won't have a clean record for very long) is the popular head of the school. She oversees all the aspects of Grimoire Academy, and is the sole reason it's remained in tip-top shape. She took the role of Headmistress nearly 10 years ago, when she was one of the only employees left on the board. Most had left to find more suitable jobs, as the academy's future was looking grim. Headmistress Blanc immediately kicked it into shape and rose it to the status of one of the greatest weapon and meister academies in the world, through dedication and brute force.

Though she won't tell you about her past or who she is, everyone knows she is an incredibly talented meister and very sharp with her tongue. If there's a debate, she'll probably win it- Her knowledge expands far beyond her years, and it can only be attributed to her endless work ethic and dedication to the pursuit of enlightenment. 

Though there are some old crones around the other academies that completely oppose her way of running the school, which to them is very erratic and unstable, but from all other perspectives she is someone who makes due with what she has and will take small steps to make sure in the next year they will have twice as much. 

Very casual with her students, she is often seen popping in and out of rooms checking up on how the students are faring. Their success is her success, so she tries to personally get to know the students that show promise so that she can lead them in the right direction. Though regardless of her seemingly easygoing and casual side, if you even dare question her authority or method of running the school, you will be punished to no end. And don't even try dropping the Headmistress- prefix, you would be better off dropping out of school and changing your name.

Overall, she knows she has worked hard for her title and doesn't hesitate to let you know about it. She expects your respect, and she will return it if you treat her well.
